Most of the components we make we run a batch of them then move on to something else. These are one of the few products we constantly keep in stock. If you’re like us, you like your bike to be as clean looking and snag free as possible. These will lower your stem closer to your headset than any other dust cap and match perfectly with any 44mm diameter headtube.
Due to the large variance in steerer tube diameters, wedge heights and headtube bearing seat depths, these come with three custom Smalley Steel Ring Co. heat treated stainless steel spacers to adjust gap.

Clicky cover removed, retaining ring turned flush with boot and chamfered on the ID to allow activation with the thumb. This reduces the chances of turning the light on when putting in your pocket and also allows tailstanding.
