Counterbored S&M Lil Redneck and 35mm tall integrated dust cap/spacer topped off with one of our FCC-24R Compression Caps. All parts were tumbled after machining to give a uniform matte finish.

Our tumble setup is a vibratory bowl type tumbler filled with a mix of ceramic and plastic media and a splash of Simple Green. The majority of the deburring and smoothing is done with the larger ceramic media while the smaller plastic media gets into the tighter areas like the bolt holes and bores without damaging the threads. The Simple Green helps wash the surface and lubricate everything as it tumbles.

These were left in for roughly four hours. Time/media depends on how the parts look/feel before and the desired finish after.
